Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

By participating in our Refer a Friend Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

Our referral program rewards existing clients for referring new patients to our practice. A “referring client” is an existing patient who submits a referral. A “referred client” is a new patient who has not previously received services from our practice.

2. Eligibility

Referring clients must be existing patients of the practice. Referred clients must be new patients and must identify the referring client at the time of booking or check-in. Self-referrals are not permitted.

3. Referral Reward

The referring client will receive a reward only after the referred client completes and pays in full for their first qualifying treatment. Rewards are issued at the sole discretion of the practice and may include account credit or other promotional incentives. Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Use of Rewards

Referral rewards may be applied only toward eligible services or products offered by the practice. Rewards may not be used toward certain treatments, including prescription-based services such as neurotoxins or dermal fillers, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law. Rewards may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

5. Medical & Legal Compliance

All treatments are subject to a medical evaluation and provider approval. Not all patients are candidates for all treatments. The referral program is intended as a promotional offering and is not intended to influence or direct medical decision-making. This program is structured to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the State of New York.

6. Limitations & Abuse

The practice reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the program. This includes, but is not limited to, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or manipulation of the referral process. Limits may apply to the number of referrals or rewards per client.

7. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

8. No Cash Value

Referral rewards, credits, or incentives are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
