Before Your Appointment
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment when possible
Avoid strenuous exercise the day of treatment before your visit
If medically appropriate avoid fish oil, vitamin E, NSAIDS and aspirin. Never stop prescribed medication without approval from your physician.
Arrive with clean skin free of heavy make up if possible.
Botox is not safe in pregnant, breastfeeding people or patients that have neuromuscular conditions, active infections, or recent facial procedures.
Inform us of any previous reactions or prior neuromodulator treatments.
During Your Appointment
We will review your goals, facial movement, symmetry, and treatment plan.
Treatment areas will be cleansed and carefully marked if needed
Tiny injections are placed precisely into targeted muscles
Most appointments take 10-20 minutes depending on areas treated
Mild pressure, stinging, redness or small bumps at injection sites may occur briefly.
After Your Appointment
For the first 4 hours:
Remain upright
Avoid rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure to treated areas
Avoid hats/headbands tightly pressing on the area when relevant

Mild redness or tiny bumps often resolve within minutes to hours. Bruising can occur and typically fades over days
